Our story
A few hives, a lot of stings, and a bit of patience.

A passion for beekeeping
Beekeeping is more than a hobby — it's a labour of love and a quiet commitment to the natural world. It began for me in 2020, sparked by a fascination with these remarkable creatures and the essential role they play in our ecosystem. Every bee helps pollinate the plants that sustain the landscape around us, and I'm proud to play a small part in protecting them.
The bees
We work with our bees, not against them. We never over-harvest, and treat for disease as gently as possible. Strong healthy bees make the best honey.
The process
Frames are pulled up to twice a year. Once at the end of the spring nectar flow and then after the summer nectar flow.
The jar
Every jar is filled, labelled and lidded by hand in small batches. That's why no two are quite alike — and why we love what we do.

"Real honey isn't cheap, and cheap honey isn't real."
